Rugby
Have you ever been in the rugby team in your school?
Well I have tried out for one and succeeded. Rugby is an exciting sport and important in our culture. In the second term of our school year we sent a team of ten people to Mountford Park to play a day of rugby.
We had a number of people in our squad including Vishay, Connor, Vincent, Wayne, Rahiri, Ben, Kianni, Thomas, Robert and our captain Josiah.
Over at Mountford Park we played 4 games with 20 minutes each half. Unfortunately we did not win any matches though we all had fun. All of the games were awesome except for the first one where we scored no tries.
By the end of all the games we nearly had two wins thanks to some hard work and improved tackling.
