Hi my name is Deken and I am a school councillor at Manurewa Central School.

I live with my Nana, Pa and our dog Cola.

I have one brother and one sister. My mum and sister live in Beachlands and my dad lives in Howick. My brother lives in Masterton with his mum.

My hobbies include listening to music, practising my rugby league skills and styling my hair!

My goals for 2011 are being the M.C.S. Dux, keeping the weight of 50kg for a second year, being a Whanau leader and once I get my cast taken off my right arm, I wish to join the Manurewa Marlins' under 11's league team.

Some of my favourite things in life are my family, going to Taupo or Port Waikato in the holidays, my friends and Redskins. I just love Redskins and Tacos.

My knuckles and arms make me special. I can move four of my knuckles side to side and can place both my elbows to the other side of my head.

My friends in Room 12 are Darren, Maddison, Nirvana, Potusa, Anish, Julia, Sonatane and Jevaan in Room 11, and Wayne in Room 15.

My past achievements are credit passes in ICAS spelling, English, Mathematics, becoming a school councillor amd staying the same weight for about a year!
