Councillor - Ben Paku

Kia ora, my name is Ben Paku. I was very surprised to be chosen to be a school councillor for 2010, but I am very proud of myself for having achieved this and I think this just shows that effort does bring reward.

I have two younger sisters. Xanthe is in room nine and Siobhan is going to start school in June this year.

Chili is my pet dog. He is a miniature fox terrier and is three years old. He was named after the band the 'Red Hot Chili Peppers'.

Some of my favourite things to do are: boogie boarding in the summer at the beach, going fishing, listening to music especially to my favourite band, Green Day. I also love to go to the NZ Breakers' home games at the North Shore Events Centre.

I look forward to another great year at school.
